AI freelancing এখন সবচেয়ে দ্রুত বাড়ন্ত niche। কিন্তু ‘gig কিনে কাজ করব’ mentality দিয়ে হবে না — positioning, portfolio, pricing — তিনটাই লাগবে।

Niche বাছো

  • Generalist ‘AI expert’ < Specialist ‘RAG for legal docs’।
  • Niche = audience + problem + outcome।
  • Hot AI niche: chatbot, automation (n8n/Make + AI), data cleaning, fine-tune, RAG, voice clone, AI SEO content QA।
  • যেটা তুমি ৩ ঘন্টায় শেষ করতে পারো, অন্যের ৩ দিন লাগে — সেটাই niche।

Pricing Strategy

  • Hourly = beginner trap (ceiling আছে)।
  • Fixed project — risk + reward both।
  • Value-based — client এর ROI এর % (best)।
  • Retainer — monthly $X for Y hours/deliverables।
  • Productized service — fixed scope + fixed price + fast delivery।
  • First 3 client cheap (testimonial এর জন্য), তারপর double।

Operations Stack

  • Contract: SOW + payment terms (50% upfront)।
  • Invoicing: Wise, Payoneer, Stripe Atlas।
  • Project mgmt: Notion / ClickUp client portal।

Red Flags
